Our History
Before he founded McLean Automotive, Blake McLean worked for large service companies. Being observant of others, he couldn’t help but notice that the shop managers were taking advantage of customers. This is something that bothered Blake. He didn’t think it was fair that mechanics use their knowledge to swindle others. Seeing this horrible behavior is what pushed Blake to open his own auto shop in Franklin, TN. He decided he would operate his business in line with his own values and treat his customers with the respect they deserved.
And just like that, McLean Automotive was born.
As the company continued to thrive, Blake noticed a need for a second auto shop in Tennessee. He quickly filled that need when he purchased and opened his Lawrenceburg, TN location.
